Sheffield City Hall

Sheffield City Hall is an iconic grade II listed building and the city’s premier concert venue attracting some of the biggest names in music and comedy to the region and hosting over 500 events a year.

Built in 1932, Sheffield City Hall has an extensive legacy where entertainment, and in particular music, is concerned, with many musical legends having graced the stage over the years including the likes of Jimi Hendrix and The Beatles.

In a city which has a world renowned reputation for unearthing burgeoning musical talent, many local artists and bands see performing at City Hall as a testament to their success, Alex Turner being the most recent to comment on this when he played with The Last Shadow Puppets last year.
