The Beck Theatre is a 600-seater venue in the London Borough of Hillingdon. The programme at the theatre aims to present the finest local, national and international companies and performers who to date include The Hollies, Errol Brown, The Commitments, Chas and Dave, Tony Christie and Billy Fury to name a few.
The theatre was built in 1977 by Hillingdon Borough Council, with a bequest from Councillor Alfred Beck; hence the name. It was purposely built to be a community orientated theatre, and is fortunate to be set in a beautiful parkland aspect adjoining Botanical Gardens.
